The Emerging Leaders committee provides and develops mechanisms for college students to experience and gain knowledge about the internal operations of local government on the field of public administration. This committee is also tasked with determining what NFBPA Houston Chapter wants and where it needs to be in the next 10 years; how our Strategic Plan implementation is commensurate with achieving those goals and how do we attract, recruit, retain and provide appropriate networking/opportunities for young, mid-level, and seasoned public managers.
